DESCRIPTION:This gentle\, culturally informed healing program offers a supportive space to nurture self-compassion\, kindness\, and emotional wellbeing. \nAcross eight weekly sessions\, participants will take part in culturally grounded healing experiences that can be adapted into everyday life.
