Whether you’re simply curious or looking for new ways to understand yourself\, you’re welcome to come along. \nThis week’s session: Core Beliefs\nHave you ever wondered why certain situations affect you more than others? \nCore beliefs are the deeply held ideas we have about ourselves\, other people and the world around us.
