Julia Maasland

Julia is responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to other nurses and healthcare staff. She ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Additionally, training and mentoring other healthcare professionals, as well as participating in the development and implementation of healthcare policy and procedure.
