Healing Program: Finding space for self-compassion and kindness
This gentle, culturally informed healing program offers a supportive space to nurture self-compassion, kindness, and emotional wellbeing.
Across eight weekly sessions, participants will take part in culturally grounded healing experiences that can be adapted into everyday life. The program supports individuals to strengthen connection with themselves and others, build resilience, and develop kinder, more supportive inner relationships.
